He is also a keen learner and observer, especially in ‘design’ as well as ‘business’ which he wanted to see the immense synergy in this two combining together. He believed that design is the start of empathy, ideation, connection & innovation that is a cycle to the transformation of design. Lastly, he encourages his completed projects to be reviewed & seeks for feedback. It should be critic for refinement & improvement. This theory will be the rebirth of new design once more. TT believes in the notion, “design never ends”.
Backed by the support of a niche group of clients, they advise TT to use his design knowledge & experience to serve this group of clientele. They are seeking for good design balance with functionality and quality craftsmanship. He decided to form a core design team, infuse the team with “design plus”, a strong design concept culture. The team will thus inject the “design plus” value into this group of clientele, whom we shall label as “Premium” clients, due to their interest in searching for “gem” design. Henceforth, we can see that TT emphasizes strongly on “Good Design Makes The World Happy”
