7 years ago when we bought our first home, we were deciding between WSL and another designer. Then we found WSL then to be sincere and thorough, and proposing designs that was refreshing and different, but yet practical. However after much consideration, we decided to go with the other company.

Integrity and prompt, responsive service from designers are some of the qualitites that is very important to us in renovations, especially when we decide to part with our hard earned money. Unfortunately, for the past 2 renovations that we had, these were somewhat lacking. Once in a while we wondered if things will be different if we have gone for WSL from the outset.

Fast forward 7 years later we bought another home, this time WSL was straight away in the running. Despite the other company giving us a very attractive package, we decided to go with WSL.

And WSL did not disappoint. You were thorough, prompt with your responses and patient to our concerns. You took the ideas inside our head and realized it into a design that is exactly what we wanted, but can’t adequately explain it enough in words. We love the modern, clean lined, geometrical outlook along with the contrast of white and dark colours. Space is not considered empty but an important design element. But more than everything else, we believe we have a design and build quality that will stand the test of time.

The choice of fixtures and furnitures plays a huge role in blending the whole design concept together. We were very glad that WSL shopped with us. Your guidance and knowledge helped us greatly and took out most of the guess work of whether a certain item suits the overall design.

After sales service is equally important and in this department, WSL scored high as well. We can be assured of a prompt response from you when we need help.

Family and friends who visited were clearly impressed and remarked to us what we already know – that we have a home that we are proud of and love coming back to at the end of a hard day’s work.
